New South Wales enjoys a sunny climate with mild winters and warm summers, perfect for making the most of outdoor adventures. When it heats up in summer it’s a great time to get out and explore the beaches. The autumn months are mild and can see cooler temperatures with crisp mornings. The weather in winter is frequently cold with frosty nights. Spring brings us warmer days and mild nights and is perfect for enjoying spring time festivals.

Illawarra-Shoalhaven

Wollongong - Ocean Bridge tourist drive, huge range of great restaurants such as Samaras Restaurant Wollongong and Amigos Mexican Restaurant.

Jervis Bay - Said to have some of the whitest sandy beaches, local dolphins, and Noctiluca scintillans Bioluminescence (notoriously hard to predict when to see it making it a rare beauty to catch on a holiday)
